Missing elements from distillery menu !

I've been experimenting with the distillery system since it has been on Test Center and was surprised to note the absence of rum from the liquor selection option. It seems very strange not to include this particular beverage on the list since our last expansion was High Seas, and seriously, who ever envisioned pirates without rum!? Players can also grow their own sugar now, so all the ingredients are available.

Britannian livers need rumification, any chance we can add it to the distillery menu....?

Might I add my 2 cents to that too.... Rum is Pirates main drink!

Also had an idea to add the art is simple - a flour mill , large barrels, bottles.
The Grapes off the fished up vines, fruit too like apples, peahes, pears, to make - Wine
Give the people the chance to be their own vintner!

Don't get me started. I had started growing over 100 sugar cane plants in anticipation of getting to make rum in this mini expansion. All for nothing? I really hope not.

There is 'Mist' which is meadish, just with an increadibly silly (read: stupid) name.

They need to add cider along with ales, wines and rum.

I know cider, wine, beer, and ale do not require a still to manufacture.

We need to be able to craft some big vats for that.

That was my thought too, but it would still be nice to maybe allow the distiller to be used to label wine and ale bottles. Pretty please with sugar on top! Oh yeah and rum would be nice too!

Which begs the question why the system included in the "mini-booster" wasn't a more fully rounded, complete system including things that would support a vineyard or brewery.

At this point, just sayin'.

Apple Wine or Applejack or Hard Cider Yeast, Water, Apples

Pear Wine Yeast, Water, Pears

Peach Schnapps Yeast, Water, Sugar, Peaches

Ginger Beer Yeast, Water, Ginger

Ale Yeast, Water, Wheat Wort and/or Hops

Mead is Mist Yeast, Wheat Wort, Honey

Now what I would also like to see is different shapes and colors to the bottles. They could use the graphics they used for the fireworks drops way back when.

Rum surely needs to be added!

And another thought.... for 'seasonal' events like Christmas, Thanksgiving and so on, how about an alcohol making ingredient specific to that period, so you can make 'Christmas Whisky' or similar? Should not be a huge task to add an extra 'recipe' or two to the distillery.
