I was just wondering how many mini house deeds are there to a complete set and how mutch the whole set would be worth?

I count 20 in my sets because that was the number in the original handout. However some will add in the 2 Vet reward houses and also the Gingerbread house. As far as price anywhere from 15 to 30 million.

any of the deeds more rare than the others , going rate for the deeds ???

Rarest is Thatched Roof Cottage, then Castle, Keep, Tower, Large Marble w/Patio Sm Stone Tower, Sm Sandstone. Two to Ten mill for the top 4, 100k to 750k for the next batch. The rest are pretty much common,
