[Price Check] Mini house deeds

If anyone knows anything about these I would love some info! I know the castles, keeps and towers are rare, but what about some of the others? Which ones are rare and which are common? Thanks for the info!

What I'd like to know is what is it about mini house deeds that gets Tiny Dancer up at 4 in the morning?!

This is me being helpful, just like my name suggests.

Anyway, i've always heard the Thatched Roof Cottage was the rarest, but I've also heard that they were re released on some of the Asian shards, perhaps someone can shed some light.
