Miasma and missing chests?

Have I missed something in the notes?

Pre 56 Miasma dropped a chest for me every 5-6 kills sometimes a bit less - but I have trunk at home with almost 30 empty Miasma chests. I was happily finishing up Remove Trap with those chests whilst training up all weapon skills to 120...p

Now - after maybe 30+ kills...no chests at all. Has there been a "fix" to the drop rate, it is specific to Miasma or all Paragons or am I just really unlucky?

i dont know for a fact but i have been through this too. that scorp would ALWAYS drop a chest now its like 1 in 20 drop it for me

Well...whatever the problem was, it seems to have disappeared.

I guess i was just having a dry streak - today I got 4 chests in 5 kills...lol
