Meer and Juka Heirlooms: A question for the experts out there

Dear Rare-Experts,

I am an absolute newb when it comes to rare goods in UO and so I want to benefit from your expertise. My wife which is also a passionate UO-player participated in the sand sifting quest which took place earlier this year as part of the Awakening-story...

She spent hours and hours sifting sand and got a nice collection of items. Two of them seemed to be particularly rare, because she got MANY others, but ONLY TWO of these. We are talking about...

"Jukan Tapestry" and...



..."Meer Tapestry"



As far as I know, these items cannot be obtained ingame anymore (please correct me, if I am wrong)...

So, here are the questions:

1: Are there differences in rarity among these sand-sifting-items?
2: Are these tapestry pieces really the rarest of those items?
3: What would you say, how much could they be worth?

In my opinion/experience. There is no difference in rarity of the sand sifting pieces. Just luck of the RNG.

The tapestries are one of the more, if not the most, desirable of the items. As such it is my opinion that their current value is around 7-10m each.

Totally reliant on the RNG. I got several tapestries but coundn't get a darn Jukan Urn to save my life. Gave up and bought one.

By the way: One of my Jukan Urns turned to "A Small Piece of Blackrock". They look exactly as the Urn, but have the "Blackrock"-Tag... Weird!

a few weeks ago i posted asking if the items were still available, or if the guy is totally gone. turns out, he is gone on most shards but still there on some. this was as of a few weeks ago. The tapestries you can get around 10-20mil for on atlantic. same with the bones. i would not call the items rares until we no for sure they are unobtainable on all shards tho. More so than the regular stuff the blackrock urns are very cool. i dont know what shard you are on but i would love to find a blackrock urn on atlatic, much more than the regular items.

Dont mean to deflect, but how much are the ancient meer staffs going for on atl?

i havent seen the staffs much, except a couple vendors holding them. id say about as much as the tapestry and bones, but who knows maybe a little more.
