I haven't tried. I'll be using Chorva McWolf if it gets approved. It is Latin but is currently used as slang here in my country. If any other Filipino saw me in-game, they would know the person behind the toon is from the Philippines.
You should go ahead and try, so that if it gets approved (or a different name), then all you have to do on Halloween is make the cat go black and you're done. That and I can put your name on the list so people will know who is who.
Do this. Make a new account (free one) and help your kid to make a new toon, name and all. Then let that be his toon to play. Make sure he understands that if your account happens to be up that he's not allowed to do ANYTHING on it. If he has his own toon to play, it might make him happy.
Reason for doing name approvals early is because on Halloween, name approvals can take several days. It's because so many people make black cats and submit names that they get backlogged.
Everything in the catalog says 'no room.' Good thing Halloween is coming! It'll be like Christmas though, I have only a vague recollection of what my other toons have given her It's 30 and there's already a Trapper McWolf.
Oh well, there goes my one and only idea. LOL! Trapper is different then McWolftrap though.

I'll take yours and Terri's (?) advice to make the toon earlier.ANY time on Halloween day (that TT is up and responding) will work. Can be at 3AM(eastern)/midnight(pacific) or up to 24 hours later. So just make it and name it now and then a.s.a.p. on Halloween day, turn it black. Once you are in the TTC playground, you can leave and return later.
