Maximum Item Intensities and Values, Runic Hammer Charges

I'm tyring to put together a good reference list in regards to smithing. One of the things I can't seem to locate is a list of item properties, and their maximum values as they relate to intensities.

Example: If a weapon has a chance for Hit Fireball, what is the chance to hit at 50%/100% intensitiy?

Also, I can't seem to find the maximum number of charges a hammer will have.

Can anyone point me to links that have this information or list it here?

Ok.. Found the number of uses on UOStuff.com here.

Going to keep looking for property and intensity values!

Alright.. now I found the list of values and ranges on UO here.

Now, this chart seems innacurate.. For example, mage weapon only has a listing of 1-10, but I know this is wrong, as I've seen -25 Mage Weapon on a weapon before.

Anyone have a more updated list?
