Massive FPS issues

Getting an issue when I log into my tamer where the lag is UNPLAYABLE. No more than maybe .5 fps.... I log on over to my ABC archer and have no issues. Both characters tested in Luna and in different areas of malas.... what gives? Anyone have a clue?
