I suspect Majere is bright enough to understand that selling a lot like this gets more money when sold in small lots.
He may have his reasons. He indicated 3 times that he prefers to sell it in one go.
Let's honor him and try to get to a descent bid for the lot. People who want to buy single items can always make a bid to the person who in the end buys them all.

those groupings of rubble blood tiles are not the only ones. I have a set and I know of a few other sets and several more single pieces out there. Thou they are rare.
