Marking wood for a quest

I accepted a quest in Haven for lumberjacking and it asks me to "mark" the wood so the quest can be fulfilled - can someone tell me how to do that?

using 2D client? if so put cursor on character single left click, scroll down in box til you highlight "Toggle Quest Item" single left click again, cursor should pop up, target item, single left click again, item should be marked and highlighted as a quest item.

Using the Enhnced Client? I have no idea
