On Thursday, December 13th, 2012 Majestic Oaks Auction held it’s annual Christmas Event. DJ Scorp kicked off the evening by thanking his staff for all the things they do for the auction and the shard.

The auction house was covered in runes upon each bench, and they were numbered. Many auction-goers showed up and some dressed in holiday gear. Many familiar faces, including Hearts Desire, Guinevere, Galen, NightStriker, Hannah, Captain Murphy, Ghost, TossdSalads, and many more familiar names were about the crowd.

And might I add that the popular tailor providing outfits this evening was none other than our very own Hearts Desire! Her fashion line was amung many patrons.

The usual Thursday night auction did occur with some high rolling items like the Conjurer’s Trinket TossdSalads won with a 30 million gold bid. I also decided to pick myself up some clothing bless deeds and join in on the fun, you can never have too many of those! And three-piece wooden table rubble set was won by Hannah. NightStriker also bought himself a nifty neonish colored gift box for approximately 26 million gold. And just as DJ announced the mystery chest was “really sick” and nobody should let it go for under 100m, it sure did get high. Festus placing the winning bid at 230 million gold checks. Inside we saw “A Surcoat of Exceptional Quality (Blessed)” and some other notable items. The chest itself was a secret chest, allowing combinations to be made by the owner.
The theme of the night was the Twelve Days of Christmas. Each day had a pile of bones from an MOA staff member, holiday character, or friends from the past. The auctioneer placed a lucky dealer to give some dice a roll. Whichever the winning die roll, the person sitting on that number won!
On the twelfth day of Christmas, MOA gave to Destiney Mayfair- twelve ancient sos’s!
On the eleventh day of Christmas, MOA gave to Headache- eleven 120 powerscrolls!
On the tenth day of Christmas, MOA gave to Viscor Darkmane- ten different types of tokens!
On the ninth day of Christmas, MOA gave to Festus- nine virtue tiles!
On the eighth day of Christmas, MOA gave to Washburn- eight special hair dyes!
On the seventh day of Christmas, MOA gave to (I can’t remember)- seven forged pardons.
On the sixth day of Christmas, MOA gave to Veronica Lynn- six ITEM bless deeds!
On the fifth day of Christmas MOA gave to Car'a'carn- five ethereal mounts!
On the fourth day of Christmas MOA gave to Divinity- four pretty pigments!
On the third day of Christmas MOA gave to Ebony Northstarr- three stat scrolls from Exodus!
On the second day of Christmas MOA gave to Guinevere- two sets of house teleporter tiles!!!
On the first day of Christmas MOA gave to Galen- a drunk womans singing ball!

After all the festivities, everybody headed to the North Pole, which was beautifully decorated by Melian for this special night. I absolutely loved her little fire pit and prancing reindeer! Hearts Desire, Destinie Moon, and Laretta were gossiping after they saw Santa about how nice the house had come out around the fire.
Our wonderful shard filled the room to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
