About 2.2b. However, about 1b belongs only to one plot alone (about 462k tickets), another 1b belong to three plots' total (about 150k each). Rest of the 40 plots out of 44 is about 200m. One wonders what's so special about those four plots players gave 2b compared to the remaining 6 which only yield 200m .

yea really... i kept track myself...
heres the problem... too many off shard ppl won tickets.. now there are empty plots put down and for sale or ppl advertising in the bank or chat that they are selling their deeds.. The ppl who really wanted those spots didnt win them, nor do they have the type of gold to buy them from the off sharders. So these plots that could've been used for housing, will now probably sit empty, like the ones in Tokuno.

This was identified as a problem when the lottery system was announced. A few good ideas to counteract it were put forth but nothing that stuck.

The only thing i would say is encourage all your friends on Origin not to buy them for overly inflated prices. If people are patient the sellers will have to come down on price on them as the 30 days come up.

Oh most definate truely said.......''patience is the game'' and never break the ''holy-than-thy'' rule of jumping in and buying something just released, new to the game, newly spawned as they will definate come down in price 95%!!

Let them rot, in a month or 2 they will let them fall. But your right, its gonna slow down the development of Magincia and any RP / Events you might have wanted to plan.

I like all the gold leaving the game (I'm going to toss in around a billion myself between my three shards I play.) But we have a looooong way to go still.

Remember when EA removed 15 Trillion (15,000,000,000,000) gold a few years back? You almost didn't notice the 15 missing trillion. Only if we could get people to spend 15 thousand-billion on this and we are off to a great start

Atlantic will wait until the last day and then you will see the amount surge. Everyone is just waiting to see how much they have to put into the ones that they want.

Personally, on my 3 accounts I bought 1 ticket for all of the 10k plots per account and 25 tickets for each of the 2k plots. I then went back and purchased another 25 tickets for 2-3 of the plots that I wanted the most. In total I think I spent around 3mil and will not be dropping anymore gold.
