Here's an interesting question.

If I make a Ranger's Shortbow (+5 Swing Speed) with Ash (+10 Swing Speed) using a Heartwood Kit (0 to +30 Swing Speed) can I get a +45 SSI Shortbow?

Now it'll have at least 40 DI on it as well (GM Arms Lore on my Fletcher)

Yes the properties stack. I know they can exceed maximum when enhancing, so it's possible to make 60 DI bows for instance, but I'm not sure you can craft a property above max.
