[Tinkering] Magic Jewelry

Hi everyone!

I've been crafting some magic jewelry on the TC (Brilliant Amber Bracelet), and I'm noticing no additional mods are being generated. UOGuide says they should receive 1-5 random mods up to 100% intensity!

Has this been recently changed? Or am I doing something wrong?

I'm only seeing one of the following:
  • 2 FCR
  • 1 FC
  • 10 LRC
  • 3-5 SDI
