Magery training on GD

got a Question for a mate
hes trieng to train magery on his GD but it wont raise at all... any trick to raise that up quick?

Magery drops to 90% of the value that it was while wild and cannot be raised. It's locked there. Wrestle,Tactics, and Resist Spells takes a 28% loss upon taming but can be trained back up to where they are 90% of what they were while wild. The other skills(eval, medi, and anat) can be trained up to 100.0. If you're not sure what the original wild Wrestle, Tactics, Resist Spells values were on a freshly tamed Greater(FRESHLY tamed will have a 0.0 anatomy value) the max they will train up to can be figured by multipling their starting value by 1.25.; i.e., If your new GD has 0.0 anat and 96.4 wrestle you will be able to train it back up to 120.5 wrestle.
