yes its medable armor and the dci is over capped
the resist are all 70's and 75 if an elf wear's it
sdi is 35

Over capped dci was changed sbout 6 months or so ago. You need these new threads to over cap the dci but you lose some on your resist cap. But you can't use it on leather

He's not asking what makes a perfect suit. It's perfectly fine with the current stats you just need a free hand for chugging.
