[Magery] mage mystic weaver help

So, in my entire time in here, I never played a caster, so I created one with following skills:

120 mystic
120 mage
120 weave
120 focus
120 med
120 eval

- thing is, I rally wanna run dci, good thing to have on those tight champ hunts;
So I need to lower some skills to fit anatomy.

How much anat would I need for having a noticable effect on the eval/anat + dci block chance?
-or- is running a arm/disarm macro for a -0 mage wep when I need block chance increase an option?

and, finally, if I choose anat, any clue on where to free up skills? crystaline ring looks tempting, but really screws up the suitmaking if I trade out the ring of the soulbinder...

Any thoughts/feedback/ideas?

Your template is fine, I'd recommend dropping meditation for resist if you plan on doing fel champs and want to last a little longer if raided. 120 Focus and good MR on your suit should be sufficient.

Most people go with a one handed -20 mage weapon to activate DCI in pvp (make sure to have at least 45 and preferably close to 70). To counter the -20 magery penalty either rock the Crystalline Ring (also frees up 20 points in focus) or a +15 imbued ring and a treatise on alchemy talisman. There are other options, these are two popular ones. The one handed mage weapons are preferred so you can chug pots without disarming. An imbued planesword or bokuto are popular (Bokuto can be enhanced with other mods like HPR2). Or if you want to work at it a little more make twinkling scimitars until you get one worth imbuing. (20 or 21 dci).

I'm going to second the recommendation for magic resist. Recently, I add spellweaving to a warrior template. The first skill I got to 100 is Resist. In my quest to unlock spellweaving I got poisoned four times by controllers.

You will need resist in any environment were PvP exists.

Thanks, after your feedback med is stoned for resist, i made a twinkling mage wep and counter penalty with ring, 15+ and ep for chugging, so can just switch back for pvm. Works way better, now i just have to learn pvp a little
