Depending on the size most larger house plots are worth about 10mil (siege gold)

Here's a screen shot of the house. As you can see, it's the second house to the right of Luna's north gate. The owner's name is Crend. The two locked down containers come with it. They contain some holiday gifts, and several pieces of imbued armor, and a couple decent bows.
Looks like 500k is the first serious offer.

No, I am not ATL with love, he gave it to me. Which is greatly appreciated!
So, if you are implying I have nothing into it, you are right. If I were financially independent, in UO terms (well in any terms, lol), I'd give it away - you know "pay it forward". But I need to build up some gold on ATL. I'll have to do my good deed at some point in the future!

And this is a prime example why i disapprove of having more than one house on sp...a former sp'er left (which he wasn't truly a sp'er he was just a wannabe from atl) and gave his sp house to someone from atl...No, I am not ATL with love, he gave it to me. Which is greatly appreciated!

Actually I have been thinking about it, my house is much bigger and only outside the west gate by a screen, I think I will have to rescind my 0.5m offer. Sorry.
