Lumberjack damage bonus and UBWS

Is it possible to use a fast swinging one-handed ubws weapon and still get the Lumberjack damage bonus and equip a shield?

Only axes will apply the lumberjack bonus, so the answer would be no.

And as far as a shield and axe. The war axe is the only one hander that can chop wood. The war axe is not on the list of weapons that the jacking DI bonus applies. I think the bardy and hally are also wood choppers with no jacking DI bonus.

Unfortunately, the war axe does not get the lj bonus. Too bad, or I would use lj on one of my macer sampires. I love my war axe for AIs.

LJ should apply to war axes, halberds, and anything that can chop wood.

I have found that if you are a fencer and use a UBWS double axe with lj on your temp, the lj bonus does apply tho.

No, the lj bonus should not be extended to include war mace nor any other one handed wep in my opinion. The lj bonus should be a bonus for those with 2 hand weps only. I do think some additional damage should be looked at though.
