There is supposed to be one in fel and tram. but on origin there wasnt at first so i cant say for certain on your shard. i have turned in to Lt. Crag in fel and tram both on Origin, and just tram on Baja. have gotten the old rewards from all of them.

well on Legends he has two chests one new rewards and one old rewards this is in Fel

Today begins the next chapter in our Live story arc and we are excited to tell you about it.
This event is going to begin when your character visits Captain Avery who is taking a little R&R
at the Cat’s Lair in Britain. He has many stories to tell about his time in prison and you might
get him to tell you a bit about the lost treasures of Ricardo! This isn’t the “contract” style quest
that we did in the last event, just chat him up and he will give you hints about what to do.

If you begin hunting the lost treasures of Ricardo, you will find yourself at the beginning of a
dangerous journey to the remote parts of Sosaria, searching for a most precious and expensive
treasure… information. This information can be reported to Queen Dawn by way of Lieutenant
Dan in Britain, (Trammel) or the sinister forces of Minax by way of Lieutenant Crag in Cove
(Trammel or Felucca). (On Siege, Lt. Dan is in Serpents Hold). Each has a chest that gives
random prizes.

Each chest has a bunch of random items and a few unique items that you
win randomly. The special items in Lt. Dan’s chest are new to this event.
Crag has stolen the special items from the last event and has put them in his chest.

Huh... the information that Popps was searching for... was in the release information of the event he was looking at?

30 trips to Lt Craig today yeilded nothing at alll. No old rewards no new rewards.
Just junk... oh and 3 relic fragments.

Well, thank you for pointing it out. I must have missed it somehow.

Though, I wonder if the "old" items drop rate is somehow a lower rate than the new ones since I have hardly seen reports of anyone getting an old item.

From the notes, I am not sure whether I understand that Lt. Dan only gives new items and Lt. Crag only gives old items or whether Lt. Crag gives new and old items alike.

In the latter case, I would imagine how the drop rate for a player trying to get old items would be lower than the drop rate for a player looking for new items.
