Lower mana cost bug?

I have over 40% total lower mana cost in my suit and yet when I cast greater heal my mana drops from 156 to 149, by my calculations greater heal should be using 6 mana, not 7.

60% of 11 is 6.6, it rounded up the Mana Cost to 7.
