The Lord of the Rings Online servers in North America by Turbine experienced issues of rubber-banding and lag spikes. As well, there also were issues with logging into the game and into myaccount.turbine.com. Turbine has investigated the issues and worked diligently to repair them. As of 2:50pm Eastern (-4 GMT), Turbine has reported that all issues should now be resolved.
