Save Time – RSS Feeds Now Available For All Codemasters Forums

In today's busy world, anything that can make you more efficient and save time is a welcome thing! In order to help you manage your time better, we've enabled RSS feeds in all of our forums.

Each of our sub-forums is RSS-ready so you can choose as few, or as many as you wish.

Simply navigate to your favourite forum area and click the orange RSS button which can be found in the top right hand corner of your web browser. (RSS button placement in Internet Explorer is shown in the screenshot below).

By subscribing to a particular section of a forum you can keep up to date with all the new posts and discussions that are going on and this way you can see new threads appear from your desktop without having to visit the forum.

New to RSS Feeds?

If you've never used them before, follow our simple instructions below to get started:

How to subscribe to RSS Feeds

In order to subscribe to an RSS feed or news feed you will need two things; an RSS reader application, which are also known as a news aggregators and the URL or web address of the RSS feed that you wish to subscribe to.

  1. Download and install a news aggregator / RSS reader application. This is a piece of software that will collate and display the news headlines and summaries from the RSS feeds you have subscribed to. There are many freely available applications available online
  2. Locate the web address (URL) of the RSS feed (XML file) that you wish to subscribe to
  3. Insert the URL of the RSS feed/news feed into your RSS reader application. (Look for an "Add Feed" or "Subscribe" option)
  4. Many RSS/ news reader applications will allow you to set the interval that it should update its feeds. Others simply update daily
  5. The information in the feed will be updated when the feed contains new content
