Yep, if they don't like it they will surely be stuck as the original plans for the house have been lost so any further modifications will be impossible to make....I just hope the new owners appriciate Richards sense of style![]()
When will it go idoc? Is there good loot in the house?Someone better buy it quick, otherwise it might decay, fall, then all his shizzle will be all over the ground!![]()

Actually I think he had two houses at one point, and was trying to get rid of the old one. I haven't looked to see which one this is, but I'm guessing it's the older one.Sounds like the new wife is ruling with an iron fist. The UO house has to go!
Woodsman is the fountain of all knowledge when it comes to UO dev'sWoodsman..I don't know whether to be impressed or REALLY creeped out that you have that much detailed information about his house
Stalker much?
Still very cool, and interesting that it was appraised at only $637,000.00.
heh, no, we've been looking at buying a house and are very familiar with the TravisCAD.org website, way too familiar. It's very shocking how much houses list for and what they are appraised at, although I think $637,000 has to be just for the house itself and not the four acres, because with four acres, I'm surprised a developer doesn't buy it and tear the house down and turn it into four or more lots. That happens a lot in Austin.Woodsman..I don't know whether to be impressed or REALLY creeped out that you have that much detailed information about his house

I'm pretty sure I found it in the '90s in that same neighborhood, but I was drunk at the time.Funny, I lost my virginity in that neighborhood back in the 80's.
- Aye, I have to refer to appraisal sites daily myself (am not in real estate). I have a feeling the lots next to the main address are likely a part of what's being sold (it adds up to ~ 4 acres and a bit more than ~$650K.. searched with 'Garriott').heh, no, we've been looking at buying a house and are very familiar with the TravisCAD.org website, way too familiar...
Both Houses could be GrandfatheredIf its the older one and he already got the other he has a week to get rid or it falls with all his stuff inside
Hmm, housing wasn't like that when he left I don't think... so I don't think those rules apply to his house, I think the old rules apply...If its the older one and he already got the other he has a week to get rid or it falls with all his stuff inside
Funny, I lost my virginity in that neighborhood back in the 80's. There were no houses at the time, just a street with empty lots.
Not entirely you should admit to being the one who found it eitherI'm pretty sure I found it in the '90s in that same neighborhood, but I was drunk at the time.Funny, I lost my virginity in that neighborhood back in the 80's.
This could be very true I forgot about those really old housesBoth Houses could be GrandfatheredIf its the older one and he already got the other he has a week to get rid or it falls with all his stuff inside)
Ah but if he does a house transfer then does it stay under the old rules?Hmm, housing wasn't like that when he left I don't think... so I don't think those rules apply to his house, I think the old rules apply...If its the older one and he already got the other he has a week to get rid or it falls with all his stuff inside
So as long as he still visits it, it'll stay refreshed and not fall!
- Aye, and I laughed at the inefficiency when I read that.. I see solar panels, yet only >12 SEER? -Sheesh.(yes yes yes, I'm aware that it stands for seasonal energy efficiency ratio)
