Nah, forget gold. Gold is bountiful.Start here: double gold on all monsters.
Ummm, you kinda proved my point. Gold is bountiful. That's why it needs to be at least doubled on monsters right now as its hardly worth looting them sometimes.Nah, forget gold. Gold is bountiful.

Inflation!
I'd also like to see the amount of gold reduced, although I don't think it'd work unless EA forcibly remove all gold and make everyone start from scratch again.Actually I think the plan is for less, not more. The amount of gold in game needs to be drastically reduced.
I'd also like to see the amount of god reduced
Impossible!God reduced?
More creatures like the ant lion with bones of a mage (neat Idea) or like the Rat mage that drops the little statues.
Things of that nature is what I am hoping for. Some lower to mid range creatures too not just the uber 9,999,999 HP peerless.
Even If they are worthless, little things like the deamon bone armor and glacial staff kept me pretty busy. The plague beast lord puzzle cut and snip for the core, or provoke onto the plague beast for the dull copper chest.
Bring it!
Wish my girlfriend thought the same thing!!I agree with this one hundred percent. It's the little things in life that bring the most pleasure.![]()
To begin with, philosophically I agree, and have for a long, long time. The trouble is that it's been a long, long time, and that inherently has great consequence - consequence that at this point in time seems irreversible. Scaling back now, despite frustrations over what "should have been," only serves benefit to two groups, those who have duped gold beyond all reason and those who market and sell it external to the game. There are only two viable routes, and they don't include "scaling back." One is to completely change the standard of our currency, i.e. switching from gold to another medium. You'd wipe the slate clean, but would need some means of alleviating player anger and frustration when they lost the value of gold they legitimately earned. To do so, unfortunately you'd also reward that gold derived from ill "source." Therefore, it likely can't be so. The other route is to make gold more, not less, accessible through game play. With the recent change to weight, it seems this route is the direction we're headed. I don't begrudge this direction, but like many, wish that it didn't actually become so necessary!Actually I think the plan is for less, not more. The amount of gold in game needs to be drastically reduced.
I agree but how to do this without making the poor poorer would make it hard for new and upcoming characters to compete with the insanely rich we have now ...Actually I think the plan is for less, not more. The amount of gold in game needs to be drastically reduced.
