loot artifact armor vendor

I have been thinking about setting up a vendor with armor pieces that are lesser artifact or higher with decent stats on them.
All items will be medable and have mods for casters on them like lrc, lmc, mr etc.

My question is would you be interested to buy items like these and if so at what price?

I was thinking about 10k per piece which I consider rather cheap since the mods on those pieces usually are far better than regular imbued stuff. Then again I doubt people would want to spend more than that to keep it replaceable...

I'd price them according to the value and or cost of relic frags, since you could get one or two per piece. If you sell them too cheaply, you're essentially selling discounted relic frags.

Well damn... I've been gone that long?!?!
When I retired, only a couple of years ago, relic frags were selling like hot cakes at 8-10k per...
Of course... dungeon Shame blood elementals were the hottest PvM to acquire them.

the ones i see are on VS for 3000 apiece but that's a little high imo. they made changes and you can get relics a lot easier. i was reforging bows last night with an ash runic, trying for a 100% fire and ended up with 4 relic frags from the cast offs. back onto the subject though, 10k sounds decent as that would be around 80k for a full suit that you will likely lose quickly anyway.

So, at 2k per relic, trying to emulate the piece for sale ( the value ) by counting how many relics it would cost to craft that piece yourself, would put the cost of the artifact well above 10k. I agree, 10k is a good base price. Desirable mods would increase it from there ( such as reactive paralyze ).

alright, it's done.

I set up a new vendor with artifact loot for casters. It is named Artifact Armor and located in West Luna, second house to the right inside the walls (allows to shop from guardzone).

Let's see if this stuff sells...
