Looking to start my first pvp character and am wondering how this char would work?

I have an Alchy Nox/Mage:

Now is the anatomy needed or do I need to get Tactics up there and have lower Anatomy?
What stractics should I use in PVP, since I have never done it before?

You might be able to drop med and raise tactics if you can get MR4 on each peice(25-30 mr)

I am at 20 MR right now, I do ok, going toe to toe with most mobs but would rather jump back after I hit the poison and do some spell combos!?
