There is a vendor on the south east side of Luna on GL that has a book in its bag that says:
"Spiced Wintermoon Wine Only 4 Spawned, I'm Selling Only 1/4 150m OBO...icq 201707058".
He has a golden compass actually in the bag set not for sale with a book under it saying it is 60 mill so I am guessing he actually has the wine and is selling if your interested.
