The taxidermy kit costs 300K on Siege from a regular NPC...the carpenter must be at the orc corpse with the kit in their pack to make the mounted head.

If mo'gluk isn't inclined to cooperate, these guys seem eager for the job. Let me know if you still need one tomorrow, and will settle for a lesser "shardee" head rather than a gen-u-wine warboss head. I will make one if you reimburse me for the taxidermy kit.

Its the savage looking house south west of zento- the one with the orc head mounted on its' mantel.
I'm finishing up some non-fighting skills today probably (hope so anyway). Then its' orc season. They keep rummaging around in our dump at night!
