So many people put For Sale on their house sign, include an ICQ number, and never respond to people who want to buy. It happens to me so often that I have stopped using ICQ for the time being. Back to placing houses on Atlantic. I'm good at placing but alas, after 17 years I've never had a castle. Of course I am not a billionaire which may pose a problem. Best of luck to you Maharette!
