white house due east of yew gate . (house owned by Xato) its a vendor on the top floor . the one in the center named "come here".

i just purchased your blessed spellbook with 10 dci and 28 sdi .

its a great book and all but i just tried to equip it and i cannot (its evil dyed).

now it was also dyed another color after that and there was no mention of this being a vile item.

due to the fact that i am not in an evil faction i really cant use this . sorry but id like my money back please . maybe you didnt know it was evil dyed so ill give you the benefit of the doubt . please contact me on private message or icq 434 381 629

edit = i found out who runs the vendor . they claim they will do the right thing .
ill consider this issue tabled for a bit and keep this in private messages .
