Well I was looking for the instant skill ones, but I'm interested in knowing how those other scrolls work.

When your in ROT log in and out you gain .1 to .5 per ROT gain...
For example...your 70 in stealing you hurry get you sp gain and hurry and log out...and gain.1 to .5 instead of .1...you can do this for 15 minutes log in time and the restrictions per points gained per day still apply...

So basically it just saves training "real time". Do they stack with the other scrolls?
Here's the jist of how alacrities work with RoT.
In normal RoT, you are able to gain 5.0 skill points per day between 70.0 and 80.0 skill. (4.0 from 80-90 and 3.0 from 90-120) Those should be viewed as 50 individual gains of .1. What the alacrity does is instead of gaining .1 on each of those gain attempts you would gain anywhere from .2 to .5 per gain. All RoT timers are still in play, so you have to wait 5 minutes til you are able to gain again. (or 8 minutes for 80-90 or 12 minutes for 90-100 and so on) However, the timer on the alacrity only counts down when you are logged in. So what you do is log into the game get your gain and then log out immediately. If done correctly you should only have burned a few seconds from your alacrity timer. Depending on which skill you are working, the time it takes to use the skill, and the time it takes you to log out you may be able to gain 25.0- 30.0 skill off of one alacrity. Because of combat flag timers and the inability to instantly log, weapon and fighting skills are not really trainable in this fashion.

No idea do your alacrity then eat your SoTs...or vice versa...
They do not stack effects, so you should use your alacrity up then if you havent reached your skill target use your Sots.

I was thinking Alacrity first...then SoT... Thought maybe it would be somehow increase gains off the SoT with the Alacrity bonus.

It also seems like it would make the character unplayable while under the effect of the Alacrity Scroll. I'll keep it in mind, but I have the RL time to burn for now.
Yes the character is in a timeout for a week. Hopefully you have another account to play around with in the meantime.

I'm still looking for Snooping and Stealing SoT's. I'd possibly buy Stealth SoT's too. The window in which I'll need them is closing.
