Looking for Scrappers Recipe

I have been trying to get this recipe on the bottle quest for hours, have gone through over 6k bottles now, with no luck. (at least i have obtained other ones I can use though).

I am still trying, but I will gladly pay a million gold (or what else you need?) to anyone that comes to me first with one for sale.
