I heard rumors that CJ's was moved somewhere near Luna but have yet to find it or any other good rune library. Can anyone let me know where to find one? Thanks!

CJ's is out the west gate of Luna (the least-used gate of the 4). There's also a fairly messy library (books locked down on the floor) by the East Gate of Luna.
