[Price Check] Looking for pricing on a few things

Found a some goodies at an idoc and wasn't sure of the value on a few of them. Hopefully someone can help me out. I'm sorry I don't know how to check hues for the pies.

Mini house deed for a Contest Winning Custom House Design (deed looked a little diff than I've seen these though so wasn't sure if it might be worth more)

Like all rares, it's hard to get an exact price, but these ranges should help a little on the pies:
Shiny blue Mesanna's Birthday Pie = 15-20 mil
Neon blue/pink Blood pie = 4-8 mil
Shiny black blood pie = 4-8 mil

Thanks for the response. I understand about the pricing, that's all I'm kinda looking for anyways is just a general range in price.
