Looking for decent/non robbery vendors... :D

All the vendors near Luna seem to be either,

1. Empty.
2. Robbers.

I'm looking for some good armor and weapon vendors (and other vendors as well), that are well-stocked, well-labeled/organized, and have sane prices.

I need to outfit my characters, particularly my sampire-in-training.

I'm specifically looking for Stormgrip, and some arms & gorget of interest to a Sampire char.

Goodman's Rune Library has a runebook set on the 2nd Floor for good vendors in places other than Luna as do I'm sure Winterbreeze and Mystic Garden.

GRL's books are graciously kept updated by Hunter Moon so they will be most current other than that I would suggest runes dropped around moongates.
