Looking for a rune book libary

There once was a guild that you could hire on Atlantic to make you a libary just wonder if they where still around.

I am sorry , but why would you hire someone to mark/most likly copy you a runelibrary?

the thing about runelibraries that a lot of people seem to not get is , that besideds the innitial creation , they do require ALOT of work...
Runes do get blocked by changes in the game, or are simpy outdated at somepoint. Since Ea has been pretty busy adding things, so have us Librarians been trying to create the runebooks to go for it.

Plus i feel that you as owner should at least have an Idea of where the runes lead incase someone needs help getting to a spot or recovering a corpse.


Andra and i have an inside joke between the 2 of us, when we work on new sets.... It goes like this:

Andra: jeez we need to get this set marked and we are still missing so many places...i am getting tired of it...

Me: you can't quit now!! Where are "some of the other Libraries" get their new set from ???

Atlantic allways had several Runelibraries, wich was a good thing, since every set was diffrent , had their own cool places, new things to discover...

Now it all just seems Goodmans 1 , Goodmans 2, Goodmans 3.....

In all seriousness, if you going to copy someone's library books, at least have the decency to give credit to the place where you got them. I ask if you come to Goodman's to please label the books you have copied with his name so that he gets credit. I am not asking for myself. I am asking to preserve his legacy.

You will see in the prominent libraries credit given to those who created the sets. I have Winterbreeze sets, Lady Tang sets etc. and other libraries who have sets marked from Goodman's label them Goodman's. Labelling those sets with your own name after copying them from a library is extremely disrespectful unless you have permission. Rachel from Rachel's Runes is the only person who is allowed to come to Goodman's and copy whatever she wishes and name them whatever she wants. She helps the library and the community so much...she is welcome at GRL anytime.

I wish you luck with your new endeavor but please remember to respect others hard work. If you come to copy all of Goodman's Library with some guild, I will ban you all. If you decide to create something unique for the community, let me know I'd be pleased to promote it for you. I support those who support Goodman's Library. It's something that is very very important to me. Goodman's Legacy deserves all the energy & protection I can muster.

I am not that bad

But thats the whole point, Andra and I have been working on those Books as a Team for a long time..

The mining set i had to redo took me close to 3 month to complete with the help of a great Miner (wich i made sure he got rewarded for)

Same with the Highyield Lumberjacking runes.

if you look through the Libraries you will see bookset from other people , but they will say donated by, or given too from etc...

And thank god to the Rune Alliance wich has helped out many times over the years,wouldnt be able to do it without them...

I agree wholeheartedly Ladies. Copy runes for a library of your own my all means, but making a notation of who was the original supplier is polite and is a way of saying thank you for the hard work of others before you.
