Looking for a house builder/decorator for a special request!

I am looking for someone to design and decorate an 18x18 spot in Felucca for an upcoming wedding on March 13th.
I will supply everything needed and will also pay extremely well for you time and dedication to do this :)
I just don't have the patience to do this myself so I'm hoping a professional out there could help me out. PM me for more info!
