I only knew of it from UOGuide sources, so wasn't sure what to believe at first.

Well, honestly, UOGuide is inflating the information to make it look worse than it is. I can tell you that Stratics has NOT lost access to it's own website or database.

The new owners are trying their best to keep communicating.

Also, I know many of you don't read any of the other forums here at Stratics, so I'll try to pass on any information for you guys.

That's not true. You have misinterpreted the information. The problem is that someone gained access to the database, but Stratics has not been locked out of their own database.

Yes the root problem is the hacker getting into the database, stratics has not been locked out.

We were never locked out, but we were struggling for a while to lock them out.
