Yeah I think we deserve some sort of explaination as to why it keeps happening and what they're doing about it. Its happened far too frequently over the last week or two.

Yup, just finished a coon made 1 trip with 15k and lost conn, now sitting twiddling thumbs to get back in. Be nice to get an explanation on wtf is going on lately with them. I know if I provided Svc like this to my clients what I would be expected to do! Either that or I'd have no clients left...!

well, a half-hour later, and it comes back up - I wonder if it was "Scheduled", but they forgot to pass that info to Jeremy to warn us?
