Logging in troubles

Of late I have been getting the 13th an. tickets on my accounts characters and have been hitting a road block.
Every 5th or 6th character I go to log in I recieve an Error statement.
It will not let me log in at all.
I get the standard window as if you had entered the wrong password. At first I figured my fingers flew too fast over the keys and I goofed it up.
Nope.
It takes me 15 minutes between this happening till I can sucessfully log in again.

What gives?? I have never had this happen past the first few years when the log in server was goofie at best. I am getting very fustrated..

I've been getting this the last couple of days too. At first I just assumed I was repeatedly typing my password wrong or some of the letters just weren't taking... because I've had to switch to a laptop recently and it takes some getting used to.

The last few times I've typed slowly but still get that standard message. Nice to know it may not be a problem with my fingers or laptop

It hasn't ever taken 15 minutes for me to get logged in though, I only have to put the password in maybe 5 times before it 'takes'.

Had no problems of that sort yet last few days with eruopa servers.
