find a corrupted crystal portal in somebody's luna house and say "dungeon underworld" to it -it'll take you right there

Th entrance is located on Fire Island, can only get there with sailing or crystal portal.

In Trammel: Sail by ship to the Northwest side of Fire Island and land on the sandy beach shown in Frarc's pic above. From there run east to the mountains then run north and you should run into the dungeon entrance.

In Felucca: Go to the old "Daemon Temple" on Fire Island and climb the Ziggurat in the center. The entrance is on top of the Ziggurat.

Felucca entrance is only on Siege - because Fire Island wasnt transformed on Siege.

or player marked rune. What shard? There's probably a rune library with the rune in, if you know where to look
