Location of all the turn in guys?

I was wondering what all turn in guys there were and where they are located?

Well I know there is one at the brit castle guard tower.. but I don't know where the others are..

From what I know, Phase 1 had three guys in Brit and one guy in Tokuno.

Two of the guys in Brit were located at the castle entrance, the other at the often underused East Brit Bank.

The guy in Tokuno is located in the same building that the guy for the Treasures of Tokuno trade in is located.

As far as Phase 2, I could have sworn I read something somewhere... but can't remember what or where I read it... sorry!!!

Behind the west brit bank is the another. Unless you are on Siege then I understand they are in Luna

Who takes paragon arties?

EDIT:Yonns takes them. FYI Leviathon ropes are not arties.

I am assuming that Yonns takes all of the Phase 2 items... is this correct?
