that happens because EC Playsound can't read/write in the game folder... you need to fix the game folder rights (set full control for the user "everyone") and also make sure your antivirus/firewall/etc... are not blocking EC Playsound.
Make sure EC Playsound is runnig too (start the game with it), the UI will never work without it
