You have to use a gold skull to use the doom boat crossing to get:
1. bloody water, spawns in healer room .. don't carry anything you don't want to lose, get killed, enter healer room, let the healer rez you for 5k (I think that's the cost), don't leave healer room until you have all the bloody water you want.
2. ruined painting, spawns in provisioner area.
You can not recall into or out of, nor can you use a bag of sending from that side of Doom.
The skinned deer spawns to the left of the table where the skull candle spawns.
The saddle spawns in the same general area as the hide (where the static saddles are).
The inquisitors spawn in the lamp room.
