Luck I would wager. IRL not in game. If it's along the lines of their regular developments it will probably be a real grind getting the top level ones.

Do a lot of spawns. Me and my guild have gotten plenty of lvl 3's. Got a lvl 3 magery off coon yesterday

can we combine these with binding scrolls? maybe in future? done about 20 or more turtle spawns, no level 3, afew 2s, a lot of 1s

They drop from all the spawns not just the turtle



Level 3's are not as common but we have gotten quite a few lvl 3 wrestling :/ got a mage, bushido and mystic as well

Roughly what's the drop rate? 1/5, 1/10, 1/20?

lvl 1's drop A LOT! lol 2's are so-so...can't give a definitive answer but maybe 4-6 lvl 2's per spawn if you have a protector. Lvl 3's are very uncommon roughly 1 every 4 spawns or so?
