To EMDrosselmeyer,
I wish to thank you for your efforts in running the Event: In Search of Shathenth
This event last Sunday was mostly ran with careful restraint by the players who played.
But, what is careful restraint? The idea was not to start unnecessary fights among the players. This means that no one should start a fight, or steal from players. There were certain failures which apparently did started fights among mostly faction groups.
The main occurrence was the use of EV’s and Faction owned weapons baring Hit Area effects.
My personal history then and there was upon dying six times by Chewy that the gloves came off and I switched to attacking anyone who previously attacked me. I did this as self-defense and revenge. The only other action of choice was to leave the Event. Why should I let anyone force me from the Event?
It is my understanding there will be a third part for In Search of Shathenth. I must tell you I expect nothing less than a re-occurrences of player behaviors. I advise you to not limit player choices, and to do your best without regards to player behaviors.
I warn you that careful restraint is gone! I have change my template and equipment.
