Lethal Darts quest

Just wondering why the lethal darts quest wont show up in the quest list for like 4 mins after you complete it. I know its easy to complete and all, but is it intended that you have to wait for a while after you complete it before it will show back up?

I think you answered your own question. ;)

If I´m not mistaken, when the quests were first introduced there was no timer but I guess the devs realised it was to easy to complete so they put a timer in...
