Lenshire Clan Tabard Raffle

On Atlantic, at the front of the Festival House, I've set up a raffle for the Lenshire Clan Tabard. Mine will work slightly different than the ones run by DVI:

- There are a limited number of "tickets" which are all on the vendor. Each book is a set 1 in 60 chance of picking up the Tabard for one million gold.

- There is no limit to the number of tickets one person can buy.

- Each book has a number (1-60) as well as a unique, random 6 character code on the inside. The books are all sealed, and these codes are also stored in an Excel spreadsheet.

- Once all of the tickets are sold, I will use a random number generator to determine the winning number. The winning number will be displayed on the vendor and posted in this thread.

- I will have no way of knowing who buys what number book, so I will easily be able to remain impartial and unbiased, and preserve the integrity of the raffle.

- If you are the winner, we'll arrange to meet in game and you will turn in your book to claim your prize. (I will verify the code inside the book to ensure authenticity)

No, because the 6-character code inside must match. All 60 were randomly generated using a string generator and use upper case, lower case, and numbers. With 62 possible characters, and a 6 character string, the odds of someone correctly guessing that are EXTREMELY unlikely. The codes in the books are stored in an Excel spreadsheet on my pc and the code in the winning book must match.

For clarification: I will post the winning book number (1-60) only. Authenticity of the winning book will be verified by checking the code inside against the master list.

I'll draw one hour after the conclusion of the auction on Saturday, March 1st. That will give people who come for the auction a chance to swing by and grab a ticket if they wish.
