Monday is auction day. All plots with outstanding balances are foreclosed, the doors unlocked for viewing and an auction time is allocated for one of 8 slots over the next 8 hours.

An individual auction lasts 30 minutes and the winner will then be granted ownership of the plot and it's contents.​
